If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have within 14 days to return it to us. If the item is retained with a receipt within its original packaging and is inspected to be unused, we can refund you the amount in full.

If the goods are found to be incorrect or faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to Direct Beds NI while the driver is still present. 

If any genuine quality issues were to arise in your product, they would appear within the first few weeks. We retain the right to refuse a return based on it's used condition, if the goods are not in a re-saleable 'as sold' condition ie; the goods are unopened, with original documentation and the item and packaging are undamaged and unused.

Refunds cannot be issued without an original receipt. Direct Beds NI will not accept the products back if they are not sealed in their original packaging. This does not apply to faulty items or those items which may not be as described but if the goods are found to be faulty on delivery.
